Royal Tomb of Queen Heo, the first foreign bride 2000 years ago
Queen Heo (Heo Whang-ok) married to King Suro, the founder of the Gaya.
She arrived on a boat from Ayuta (known as Ayodhya in India) in A.D. 48. The Pasa stone pagoda, situated in front of the tomb, tells the story of Queen Heo calming wind and waves during her long voyage to Gaya.
